Our courses for teachers are taught in line with National Curriculum and National Governing Body strategies. We use specialist tutors that are able to deliver our high quality teacher education courses to support the delivery of sport/PE in schools across the country.
The Courses for Secondary PE have been organised under five headings which all look at the aims of the curriculum. These are:
ATHLETICS
The secondary athletics course offers teachers the opportunity to gain experience of teaching the running, jumping and throwing events through a progressive learning environment which caters for all abilities including gifted and talented students.
TENNIS The secondarty tennis teachers course offers modern tennis teaching techniques, contemporary skills and practices, how to teach large groups, drills and practices for class teaching, coaching team players, introducing better players to advanced techniques, coaching modern doubles, tactics and strategies for match play, introducing better players to advanced techniques for gifted and talented students
